Shipping Policy

United States shipping

ANR Research currently accepts purchase requests for shipping addresses within the United States. Free shipping on orders over $250 after discounts, before shipping. Otherwise, shipping is $10. The qualifying amount excludes any applicable tax. Shipping is automatically included in the cart and checkout total. Any applicable tax is confirmed separately by ANR.

Order processing

Submitting checkout creates a purchase request. Availability, the final order total, and payment instructions are confirmed by ANR before the order is processed for shipment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available for a shipment, it may be provided to the email address associated with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and can change after shipment.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact ANR as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes may not be possible after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Delivery problems

If a package appears damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered, contact Anrpeptides@gmail.com with the order reference and relevant details. ANR will review the available order and carrier information.
